SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Part Time Recruiter reports to the People Officer in Human Resources and is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external).

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Highly desired to have a B.A. degree and a minimum of three years of prior recruitment experience with a mid-sized organization. Experience in the technology industry is a plus. Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System required (Brandify uses Bamboohr). Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office products. This is a Contracted (1099), partially remote position.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Partnering with hiring managers and the Human Resources Team HR team to identify recruitment needs.
  • Coordinates local recruiting efforts including screening resumes, tracking resumes, preliminary interviews and scheduling interviews with appropriate managers.
  • Prepares appropriate response emails/ screening notes and provide proper candidate documentation/ follow up to the Human Resources Team and managers while the hiring process is in motion.
  • Provides Human Resources recruiting statistics on an ongoing basis that includes: duration of recruiting process, costs, number of resumes received, source of resumes, hiring source and number of candidates interviewed. Most commonly in the format of a time-to-fill report and weekly update.
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits.
  • Participation in location job fairs and educational career fairs.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management and the Human Resources Department

  • Minimum of three years of prior full-cycle recruitment experience with a mid-sized organization. Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
  • Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System required (Brandify uses Bamboohr).
  • Can work a Part Time schedule of a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Experience with working with C-Level Executives.
