SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Part Time Recruiter reports to the People Officer in Human Resources and is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external).
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Highly desired to have a B.A. degree and a minimum of three years of prior recruitment experience with a mid-sized organization. Experience in the technology industry is a plus. Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System required (Brandify uses Bamboohr). Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office products. This is a Contracted (1099), partially remote position.
